The Western Maryland Railway Historical Society HO Scale Modular Group
Mel Agne - Chairman.

The Western Maryland Railway Historical Society HO Scale Modular Group makes regular appearances at the Great Scale Train Show sponsored by the Ellicott City Scale Model Railroad Association at the Timonium Fair Grounds. We have also appeared at the Freedom Village Shopping Plaza in Eldersburg Maryland, The WMRHS Station and Museum in Union Bridge Maryland, and Cumberland Maryland, as well as CSX Corporate offices in Baltimore, Maryland. We have also been to Ft. Washington, Pennsylvania, and have even appeared in a church hall. We also participate in some of the Greenberg Train Shows. and other venues.
We enjoy Digital Command Control and use Digitrax products.
The group is comprised of various members within the WMRHS. Our motto "To Promote the Western Maryland Railway, it's Predecessors,. The Society, and Model Railroading in General through Modular Railroad Representation" is a derivative of our societies goals. Each appearance by the group is a return to the past, when the Western Maryland Railway operated it's system in the pre-1975 time frame. Each module represents an actual location on the "Wild Mary" as it was affectionately known. Current modules are featured on the photo page. Click the link below to see photos of the modules.
