Operating Session March 22nd 2008
A seasonal Good Friday welcomed
the approach of this second OS of 2008. A good crew turned out 8 revenue
freights and one local. Check the
run sheet for performance
stats. Operationally speaking, this OS went very smoothly, with the
upgraded computer dispatching system working well, and very few mishaps of any
kind. A lack of additional hands prevented any records from being broken,
but all worked very hard to complete their runs in time. We dedicate this
OS to Barry Fulmer, who suffered a heart attack just 2 weeks later. Barry
is OK for now, but has a long grade to better health ahead.
Great crews, make a railroad great, and the
Moose Valley has the best!
