A new Con Rail unit is in charge of this southbound out of Millersburg. The recent upheaval in railroading caused by the collapse of the Penn Central is finally on the rebound with this new Consolidated Rail corporation. Interesting how many Penn Central units are needed to move a train, since break downs are common.
